Since becoming a founding health and wellness coach in October 2017, I have discovered how easy it is to get the body and lifestyle you crave in very little time – providing you commit and stay focused of course.
Today was a tough day. After all the chocolates and treats of Christmas, I tried so hard to get back to the clean eating of previous months, but the cravings won. But it’s a start and I have Shakeology to break the habit! What’s the point in working out just to undo it all in the kitchen after all!
