Chest and triceps. Following the lean ripped schedule. Was pretty intense. But it definitely works. The triceps were on fire! So much so I failed to complete many of the sets. But that’s ok! It’s day one! Abit of a shock to the body. Only 89 days to go!
I used the new reebok bench I purchased ( no room for a standard bench at the mo ). On first use I found it alittle tricky as I’m quite tall and often my head hanged off the end making moves slightly uncomfortable. Other than than that it’s perfect for what I need.
