Three long heavy days in the operating theatre, resulted in the inability to workout to the best of my ability. Being on my feet for 14 hours a day is a workout in its self🙄.
Today however I jumped straight back into body beast exactly where I left off. And it’s leg day again, my fav 😑
Quads and calf’s on fire, in just 38mins, it’s definitely an effective workout that doesn’t give many rest breaks.
Its a workout that literally turns your legs into jelly hitting every muscle from the hips down with no letting up as your progress up the weights. Never had muscles on my inner thighs…until now.
