Super hot day in Scotland , gym gear on, press play, it’s ten mins in and I’m struggling. Feel weak, sluggish and lack energy.
More so it’s frustrating. Another failed session. All because of one simple thing…..I’m dehydrated. 🤦♂️
In 12 hours I probably drank two – three glasses of water. I am now however in more control and as silly as it sounds I actually set reminders on my phone to drink water at set times. Plus I always down a glass at night so my body stays hydrated as I sleep.
On days I keep my fluid levels up I feel more alert,the heads less foggy and I generally feel more energetic to blast through the workouts.
Yes I pee a lot but it’s for a good cause! Anyhow In my box of goodies I discovered a product that when mixed with water produces a hydrating drink and I must admit it’s fantastic. Instantly felt refreshed and hydrated with a boost of energy to keep me going. Totally recommend these.
